The hotel is decent. Only two blankets for four people and it was tricky to find the correct keypad for the hotel entrance code. The place was dimly lit, and locating the right keypad was difficult. All of the above.

“Habitación grande pero cositas a mejorar”

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, but the price put us in a remote spot with no breakfast included and no place to eat because the downstairs bar and the surrounding ones were closed on Sundays. It turned out to be a quadruple room in September and we only had two blankets for four beds, so we were cold. The TV didn’t work, there was no remote and the buttons didn’t respond. What annoyed us most was that no one was on duty; we had to call by phone and it was hard to reach them because the entrance mechanism at arrival wasn’t clearly marked. The wall-mounted device that didn’t work was confusing, and we had to use the door handle instead. Several people experienced the same issue, and in the end nobody could fix the blankets or the TV. The bathroom was fine except for a small crack in the shower tray. The room was large enough for four adults, and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel is very basic, the room access system fails quite a bit, it’s a 30‑minute walk from the historic centre, the cleaning is fairly regular, and they only tidy rooms on request and only if you happen to run into the staff in the building.

“Servicios pésimos”

Nada. La.limpieza , para tres personas " era habitación triple" un rollo de papel higiénico, falta de atenciones mínimas, mal funcionamiento para el chekin y mal funcionamiento a la hora de introducir la contraseña, colchones duros y almohadas pésimas
