The food was excellent and the location was great for the spa, yet the people in the room next to us were screaming at 2am; instead of moving them, we had to move ourselves, which interrupted our night while we were asleep.

The location is perfect near Bucharest’s airport, the tram, and the brand mall; at the start or end of the stay, the reception staff Andrei and Vance are great and friendly; the dinner restaurant is excellent, especially the grilled tuna and cauliflower cream soup with hazelnuts, superb pasta, and special thanks to the host Bogdan.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the service is impeccable, but the Wi‑Fi was slow and sometimes wouldn’t connect, and the TV wouldn’t connect to the hotel Wi‑Fi.
