The worst hotel ever ‼️Rooms and the whole place were filthy. The staff were nowhere inside, instead hanging out outside and getting high in the parking lot. We slept on the top of the bed, upright, because we didn’t get any covers. We arrived very late, which is the only reason we didn’t move to another hotel. Don’t book this place.

The room was clean, but the walls were so thin that we couldn’t sleep because housekeeping kept talking nonstop in the hallways from early morning. The room faced the main street, and the traffic noise made it impossible to rest all night. Every family we spoke to said they would never book here again. Skip breakfast. The lobby was chaotic and the staff were not very pleasant, though I understand they were dealing with frustrated guests. On a normal, calm morning, the staff were nice, so I wanted to note that.

It was dirty and all the metal fixtures in the bathroom and closets were rusted.

Nothing. Terrible service all around. We booked our reservation a year ago and upon arrival from an out of state flight, we were told no rooms were available due to renovations. Additionally, we were made to stand outside the hotel instead of waiting 5 minutes for our daughter to arrive to pick us up and try to make reservations elsewhere during parents weekend in Tallahassee. No notice was given to us about renovations prior to showing up at the hotel. Your hotel at Capitol Hill is awful and you need to update your system to let people know well in advance. Our hotel that we had to find due to your lack of a room was double the amount
