The room was acceptable for a single traveler at a high‑end hotel. The refrigerator was missing.

The staff were super friendly, which was a great start to our stay. We got to choose between a room with a double bed and one with two singles for a small extra fee. The bathroom was a bit of a letdown, though - the shower is open, so the whole room gets wet after you've had a shower. And, unfortunately, it smells a bit like stale water, even with the door closed. As someone who's really sensitive to smells, it made it hard for me to sleep. For one night, it was just about okay.

The staff were really helpful and friendly, which made a big difference to our stay. However, the pillows were a bit too firm for my liking.
