The room itself was fine, but the breakfast was disappointing.

The service was professional as always. However, when I tried to have lunch between 9:30 and 10:30, the counter offered very little—only a few plates, utensils, and food. I had to wait for someone to help me. This should be monitored. Also, the reservation policy states that each room can hold three occupants, yet we always received only two sets of towels, never three; we had to ask for a third set each time. I’ve mentioned this before. Please survey guests each time they check in.

“Mediocre property like so many have become!”

This place has seen better days, and it still feels that way. There’s obvious mold around the tub/shower in the bathroom, and instead of removing it and re‑caulking, they just spray‑painted it white, even leaving overspray because they didn’t mask the area. The shower head leaks like a sieve, and the fix was merely a bit of Teflon tape. These issues sum up the entire property.

The bed was very comfortable, and each guest received a small bag with popcorn, treats, and a bottle of water, which I thought was great. There was no bathtub stopper, which made me wonder if they’re trying to discourage baths.
