Perfect location for exploring Tokyo, close enough to Shibuya Station and a bit away from the hubbub of the crossing. The design is very tasteful, modern, playful and practical, loved it. Breakfast was great! Not the biggest but good variety and you can get freshly cooked eggs by order. The rooms are clean and the staff are attentive. There is no door between the sleeping area and the dry area of the bathroom. It worked out fine for me and my kids, but if privacy is a concern then it could be a bit of a nuisance. Mo

Location and restaurants on lower floors. I hate no outdoor smoking accommodation but the silly smoking room at this hotel was bigger than the phone booth size rooms everywhere else I stayed on this trip. Prob some legal deal out of their control. Had I known about smoking issues I would have stayed in districts that allows outdoor smoking

Staff helpful and friendly. Perfect location right off Shibuya Station. 5 min walk to Shibuya sky and Scramble. Bonus laundry room. Even a room on 10th floor where you could have a drink and listen to records. Restaurants galore and shops right outside. Loved it here. Even though on the pricey side for a double room, location etc make up for that. 10/10
