The location was great, right next to the station with plenty of shops nearby, and I could walk to historic sites. Everything I needed was there without waste. The newspaper‑reading service was a fresh idea. Wi‑Fi worked, and I didn’t have to hand over my room key when I stepped out, which was convenient. The desk opened up when pulled. The slippers were a bit concerning after someone had worn them; it would help if they were disposable, had a sheet, or were clearly marked “disinfected.” I can manage by wearing socks, though.

The staff were kind and courteous, making the stay pleasant, but I got lost because the room number on the floor was unclear.

It was cheap and near the station. Small, black mould everywhere, dirty, holes in wall. Also we booked a none smoking room and it smelt like smoke, especially in the bathrooms. Honestly for the money we spent, I would rather pay more money as this was not an enjoyable stay
