Palazzo Gargano Amalfi

The room was really nice and clean, and Luigi was very friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. He assisted us with everything. The welcome gift with complimentary snacks was a lovely touch. The balcony was spacious, offering a nice view of the main street, and the location was very convenient, right in the town centre so everything was nearby. The central location does have its downsides, though, as there was some noise from the street at night; light sleepers might find it difficult.

“Very nice room in a great location with a helpful host”

The room has a nice design and is in very good and clean condition. The elevator was great for this room on the 2nd level. Plenty of appreciated extras in the room that we used. The private patio is as nice as the pictures show, and we were on it every day. The lower levels of the building are unique, formerly a noble family's residence, with ancient areas and architectural pieces inserted into the walls. Three great restaurants are within 100 feet. It is conveniently located on the main street of the town. Being on the main street of Amalfi means there will be scooters and trucks delivering to the location businesses early in the morning; ear plugs are included and the noise wasn't that loud. However, upgrading the patio door and windows would make this room perfect.

Luigi was fantastic, extremely accommodating and helpful. The location was absolutely perfect, and the room was perfect. The view from our room was stunning!

Luigi was a warm and attentive host. Our room with its comfortable bed was well appointed and a real pleasure to return to every day after time spent exploring this beautiful part of Italy. This was our second visit to the Amalfi Coast and we’ll be back – and Palazzo Gargano Amalfi will be my first call.

“Outstanding”

The property was clean, well looked after and in such a good location with very easy access from the port. We were thrilled and had the cutest balcony! Luigi was also an excellent host and gave us fantastic recommendations. Could not recommend this place enough!
