The location relative to Pisa’s attractions was good. The towels were few, the radiators were unnecessarily on, the décor was outdated, and breakfast was missing.

“Bene ma non benissimo.”

The staff were always very courteous, helpful, and attentive. The building and rooms were clean, and the location was strategically close to the tower and the S. Rossore station. However, there was no active heating in the room and it was cool at night; heating would only have worked from November 1st. The elevator was broken and walking up 4 floors was tiring (though I was warned before booking). The shower had almost no water pressure, and the bed was not very comfortable.

“Posto tranquillo”

The proximity to the tower of Pisa is a plus, but the building feels a bit old and the rooms lack an in‑room bathroom.

The place is spotless, the location is great, and the staff are very nice and helpful. You can hear all your neighbors and their stuff, and the doors are loud, so when people go to the bathroom you’ll be woken up.
