The hotel was very friendly. It made me feel at home in Parma and made it easy to explore the city. Long live Italy!

The breakfast was excellent, all the cakes were very good, the location was convenient and close to the center, the room was clean, and there was a fridge and TV in the room.

We had a very good stay. The room was wide enough for two people, clean, and comfortable. It was well insulated from both outside and inside noise. The Wi‑Fi worked well and the breakfast, while not extremely varied, was definitely good quality. The reception staff and the breakfast staff were extremely kind. Walking to the city center takes a pleasant 5‑minute stroll. The station area isn’t great and there’s no parking, but that’s easy to imagine. In the room, a few small details could be improved: a more modern shower, a few extra soaps (perhaps a fixed one in the shower), and maybe softer mattresses (I didn’t expect anything more extreme than my own home, but it was). Small details… I repeat that our stay was really enjoyable.

Great location close to the railway station and to many good restaurants. Difficult to get in after 10 PM as the mobile network in the neighbourhood is not too strong
