we have stayed for 3 days and it was amazing experience .we like everything about the property .and the boy Faiz ,He is very sweet and kind person.😊 highly recommendable and budget friendly

Location. No Kitchen, No Geyser, No Security, No Helper, Keys didn't work properly, cleanliess was not as expected, No one to approach to when in need, called minimum 50 times with no response from the assigned helper (who never was available) and same with the owner. It's a good place for bachelors who want freedom to do anything and everything, but is not good for families

The location and property maintenance was really good. Caretaker Faiz was such a good guy who is very respectful, friendly and accommodating. Loved the entire vibe on this property. It’s very near to cliff and easily accessible to the Varkala town and Janardhan temple. I stayed here with my family and it was good. Would be a great place for families and friends
