The spot was great, the owner was very pleasant and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean, and the Italian breakfast was delicious.

Everything was lovely, from the beautifully decorated room to the location. The host was very nice and greeted you personally. The fluorescent bulbs throughout the room spoiled the classy decor and vibe, especially the chandelier in the center, but this could be fixed easily.

The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout. The room had very old but functional furniture. The mattress was excellent and the bathroom was new and clean, with air‑con. Breakfast was the only weak point (only a small pastry or a small sandwich with a cup of coffee and a tiny glass of juice at a nearby restaurant), but it wasn’t a real issue. The location was perfect (in the old town, everything worth seeing in Siena is reachable on foot), and there was an underground garage (not included in the price) conveniently about 200 m from the property. Breakfast was poor (not a big deal for me). The room had no desk or chair from the start (I needed one for work), but the owner resolved it quickly.

The room was neat and the newly renovated bathroom and shower were great. The host was very positive and friendly. The balcony was right next to another balcony where a lot of smoking took place.
