Bed. Staff was not skilled enough to handle customers.

Clean sheets and a working air‑conditioner were great, but having to climb to the third floor was a hassle.

The room was roomy and the bathroom was acceptable, yet the hotel is a 10‑minute walk from Anjuna beach and the markets, and reaching other spots takes over 30 minutes on foot or a scooter.
