The place is beautiful and very cozy, and the room is comfortable; the pools are super enjoyable and the natural surroundings are spectacular, but the proximity to the road makes the noise noticeable when you’re outside enjoying nature.

The staff are friendly, the location is perfect for visiting La Josefina and going horseback riding, and the quadruple room we had was spacious with comfortable beds and everything was nicely decorated, but the water heater in our quadruple room was small, 30 l, and a bit pricey.

The staff are very helpful, the facilities are comfortable, and there are plenty of activities; the indoor pool is not very large, and when the hotel is crowded it gets a bit saturated.
