Clean, comfortable, great. No elevator to the room on the 4th floor; you have to climb the stairs.

The staff were really friendly, which was a big plus. However, I had some issues with the room - the wifi was slow, the air conditioning wasn't working, and the bathroom was just okay, nothing special. Overall, it was an average stay, but the staff made a big difference.
