The staff went out of their way to make us feel we were in the right spot, but the transition between spaces had a noticeable level change that was a bit annoying.
The pool was great, but some staff lacked ethics, the reception was very poor, the restaurant was awful, the cutlery was dirty, and the kitchen staff clearly needed more training.

The staff were very friendly and did everything to make guests comfortable, the front desk arranged a taxi with ease, the room we got was quite spacious and well‑climatized, the restaurant lady was kind and the food was good, and the location is convenient if you need to stay before a cruise in Colón; but the cleanliness could be better—one blanket had nail residue—and the elevator lacks a door sensor, which on more than one occasion could have caused an accident.
