The location and the bed’s space were great. Thanks for the pleasant stay. Overall, it was a good experience, but I would suggest a few improvements: modernise the décor, make housekeeping more consistent, replace the carpets, and offer better baggage assistance. I also think late check‑out should be prioritised for long‑stay guests; I stayed for seven nights but wasn’t given any priority for a late check‑out. Thank you again for your hospitality.

The spot is comfy, about an hour to SF, and every staff member was helpful. Rooms stayed clean with towels changed daily, and the pool was nice.
