“vous réservez pour trois personnes, préparez-vous : la troisième dormira par terre. L'hôtel s'en moque complètem”
Nothing positive. The experience was absolutely deplorable. I strongly advise against this place, especially for families. I don’t understand how they can offer three‑person rooms when they are clearly designed for a maximum of two. I booked and paid for a room for three, but upon arrival we found a tiny room with only a double bed. No extra bed was possible and no suitable solution was offered. My son had to sleep on the floor! The most scandalous part was that when I reported the issue, the suggested solution was to leave the hotel in the middle of the night and find another place myself. With two children, after a trip, and with my reservation already paid, this was simply unacceptable. After several complaints and the intervention of someone, we were finally offered to change rooms the next day, but again no real solution: a room with two single beds for three people. The problem was never truly resolved. The rooms are far too small and their layout does not allow three people to stay comfortably. It is unacceptable to market three‑person rooms when they are clearly only suitable for two. I do want to thank a receptionist who was particularly kind and helpful. When my son got lost in Kyoto, he provided invaluable assistance and showed great humanity. He truly deserves recognition beyond the rest of the establishment. Unfortunately, this individual kindness cannot erase the deplorable management of our booking. I consider this experience unacceptable.
