The location was great and the facilities were good, but the lady at the front desk was rude.

You supposedly booked through the hotel, arrived and there was nothing available; they stole my money and I had to give them 80 dollars to get my money back, so they robbed you, and there were too many people that night with no availability, they robbed us and they didn’t even have a place for us to stay, the workers were rough and paid in advance.

We were on the way and called to confirm the reservation, and they told me there were no rooms left… meaning the reservation was useless because they overbooked and left many people without rooms. Luckily we were an hour from home and turned back, but we missed the holiday outing.

The place was clean overall, but the WiFi was out for the whole stay, which really hurt my budget since I’m an international traveler and had to rely on roaming. On the first night the hotel was overbooked, I was lucky to get a room, and many people, even those who paid, were left without accommodation and it cost about $190 a night. The toilet bowl was broken, the staff was rude, and when I asked for a laundry bag I didn’t get one.
