The spot is right in the heart of Sorrento, but room 2 had a sagging mattress that made it impossible to sleep.

The place is well‑located and the room is decent in size, yet the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the overhead light was broken, and the hallway door handle kept falling off whenever we used it.

The location is excellent and everything is clean and pleasant; only a slight lack of communication with guests was noticeable.
