“It was a bad experience to book this place. I book for a month but I stay for a few days.”
The bathroom in the room was full of germs, and a cockroach was in the restroom. Even though I booked about a month in advance, no staff cleaned the room. I had to wash the towel myself and buy tissues, soap, shampoo, and water. I waited over 12 hours for the first staff check‑in. This was the worst experience and the staff showed no responsibility.

No breakfast, no towels, no toothbrushes, no floor mats at the bathroom exit, no soap, and no water bottle on the second day. I had to wait 45 minutes to get the room.
The place was average; the staff seemed a bit young, and it was tricky to communicate with them.
The location was ideal. The staff spoke poor English, the place wasn’t cleaned, and the lobby was uninviting.
