Ubicación. Decepcionante. Ya que el aire acondicionado, teléfono, control de TV estaban dańados y un mal olor humedad y sucio insoportable. A pesar de que el personal me asistió a las 4:00 am para tratar de solucionar los inconvenientes, al final no solucionaron nada. Lo peor de todo es que envié un correo a la gerencia informando lo ocurrido y solicitando reembolso o algún tipo de respuesta al respecto por la desastrosa noche que pasamos mi hija y yo, lo que recibimos respuesta 24 horas después, con lo que para mí fue una ofensa y falta de respeto insinuando que yo había MENTIDO y que en la habitación todo estaba al 100% de funcionamiento.Repetí que su personal fue a las 4:00 am a solucionar el inconveniente sin éxito. Mi impotencia fue única al sentirme ofendida por LA GERENCIA que se supone que debe estar a la disposición de sus huéspedes. Este l final solo nos ofreció unas simples disculpas por mi mal noche y una GRACIAS por el reporte. Adjunto fotos donde muestra temperatura de 27* grados en la habitación a pesar de tratar que bajara a 17. Al igual que la reja sucia sin igual. IRRESPETO TOTAL!!
