Waled was very nice with people and helpful. The location was a drawback, and the room was small.

The staff treated us wonderfully; when an unexpected issue popped up, they fixed it right away.

The hotel’s location is great, and the staff—front desk, restaurant service, especially the friendly and helpful P. Rafal—were all fantastic. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, and overall the hotel service was wonderful. There were no negatives.
