The only good thing was the location near the reservoir. The rooms smelled damp and were tiny boxes; there was no staff when I rang for check‑in, so a kind village lady handed us a key. The garden furniture was in the room for us to take out and assemble. The pool was full of flies, and about three broken loungers surrounded it. Overall, we didn’t stay the night, moved to Izgrev for the same price, but the quality was incomparable

The place is very pretty, quiet, and easy to reach. There is a barbecue, a fridge, and a small kitchen, but that’s only on the villas. The beds were just awful, and on the first night there was a banquet where participants sang until 3 am, which was quite noisy

The natural surroundings and the spot where the resort sits are truly beautiful, but the service was a mess. We got there well before check‑in time and the staff made no effort to accommodate us, leaving us to wait two hot hours in the garden while hungry, only to be served a single egg and a forgotten side of fries, plus a tiny portion of boiled potatoes that cost over 8 lev.
