We spent time here with our family in a room that offered a beautiful view. The hotel itself was very good, the staff polite and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Highly recommended for families!

The location was good, but we booked two rooms and one was terrible. We asked for a new one, but that wasn’t possible without an upgrade. It didn’t feel like a 4‑star place. When we requested a refund, they refused, so we left for another hotel.

Being a new hotel, the location was good. The food was pricey, the room had no windows, and there was no mirror with a light in the room.

We had some issues with the room at check‑in, but Mr. Sunil at reception handled everything wonderfully, showing great understanding and hospitality. Prakash and Nandan served us excellently, going the extra mile to keep us comfortable with food and beverage service. Overall, we appreciate what everyone did for us at the property. The chef did a fantastic job with the food—kudos to everyone! The only downside was that the room could have had a balcony, the shower was placed in a spot that left the surrounding bathroom area wet and unusable after a bath, and the Smart TV apps didn’t work properly—some weren’t updated.
