The area was terribly smelly and dirty, the staff were pushy, we found a hair in the breakfast, the room was filthy and stank, the bedding wasn’t clean enough, after one night we checked out early and the full amount was still charged without changing our departure date even though we requested it, the staff started shouting when we voiced our concerns, and the glasses in the room weren’t washed.

The hotel was very nice, the rooms were wonderful and clean, everything was great, and the staff were friendly, especially the front desk person Ms Ishmeet.
