The location and the staff’s attitude were great, yet the room was a nightmare: the bed linens were filthy, covered in hair and cigarette burns, the air conditioning smelled like ash as if someone was smoking inside, and the entire room had a strong tobacco and alcohol odor. The facilities and furnishings were in terrible condition and poorly maintained.

The location works well, but the front desk gentleman was extremely rude and insisted we were fully booked even though our reservation was confirmed and we had the app showing it.
