El espacio es muy lindo esta muy bien adaptado para todo, los cuartos son lindos y el tema de accesar con códigos está muy bien así no hay riesgo de perder las llaves. Si servicio de atención es pésimo, la persona que me atendió por el chat de aquí no sabía comunicarse, ya hasta que llegue al lugar, me dieron instrucciones para entrar porque pregunté. Tenían un número para comunicarse jamás respondieron. La verdad es.qe fue mala experiencia su atención al cliente es la parte que no me gustó nada. Otra cosa es que al estar en el centro y encima de un bar para dormir suerte, se escucha todo como si estuvieras en medio del bar con tu cama, a mí me cuesta trabajo dormir y eso me hizo pasar una noche muy mala

The location was good, but 1) parking wasn’t included, 2) there weren’t enough towels, 3) the bathtub drain was clogged, and 4) the blanket had stains.

The only thing I liked was being in the historic center of Querétaro, the location! The experience was bad: a mattress that was about to fall, a watering can with intermittent water flow, a TV remote with dead batteries, and worst of all windows opening onto a balcony without a safety latch or lock, sheets with hair that were only shaken out, and excessive noise at night from a nearby gay bar. Pessimistic experience.

I love how well‑situated this place is, and the code‑based entry is a nice touch—no need to wait for a key. The pillows, however, were hair‑covered, the bed felt wobbly because it was held up by two bricks, and the hot water took a while to arrive.
