The staff were friendly, the breakfast was excellent, the food overall was very good, the room was acceptable, and the location pretty nice, yet the parking fee was steep, parking only in the underground, and the bedding was dirty on the first night but swapped right after I complained.

The staff were kind and the wellness facilities good, but the bedding was faulty – I found a long hair and a fleck on the sheet, there were no window nets, and the windows couldn’t be opened.

We had a very late check‑in, and despite paying €20 for the spa area we couldn’t drink anything because the bar was closed; the restaurant prices were high, there was no accommodation for disabled guests, too many different levels, many stairs, only one biosauna, the steam bath was too cold, and there was no cold pool in the sauna.

At the E‑parking spot a gasoline pickup was parked, making the charging station unusable; at the entrance I was greeted by overcrowded ashtrays on both sides and many smokers – all in a wellness‑spa hotel! In the evening the bar/reception area smelled like a sewer, and the balcony was decorated with a dirty ashtray.
