It was probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were extremely attentive. The property was stunning, the onsens gorgeous, the food amazing. Mitsuki served us at the restaurant and took extra time to explain everything. The only downside was that I couldn't stay longer than one night.

Overall everything was good, especially the hot‑spring baths. The climb up to the hotel with the luggage was a hassle.

The staff were friendly, the food nice, the surroundings peaceful, the private hot bath looked out over the mountains, and the room had good facilities.

The staff were attentive and cared about our wellbeing; they did everything to understand us. There were plenty of items available for food and drink. We also had a private onsen that added quality to our stay. A perfect ten overall. The only downside was that it was a bit expensive, but we knew what we were getting. Still, everything was great.
