I’ve never stayed in such a terrible place. The toilet flush was broken, sheets never changed, shower doors were missing, towels were awful, and the room was filthy—definitely one of the worst experiences. The staff’s response was awful too; they knew the rooms were unclean and still tried to rent them out.

The rooms were dirty, everything was broken, and one room didn’t even have a TV or intercom. The bathrooms were terrible, stuff was smelly, and the lifts didn’t work and had no display.

The place looked nice at first, but it was in terrible condition, poorly maintained, the rooms stank, the bathroom was awful, and when I asked the manager, he promised a better room that turned out just as bad; I could hear and see people arguing with him everywhere, so the owners clearly don’t care and the hotel should be sold.
