Everything was wonderful: the family were really friendly and funny, the food was really good and fairly priced, the view was amazing, and the overall price was really competitive! The advice I received let me walk through the most incredible view I had seen in a long time. Those tips were, of course, priceless, which is why I feel lucky to have gone there. Thank you for all of this. Maybe the Wi‑Fi was a little expensive, but I wasn’t there for the internet so it was fine anyway!
Perfect spot for a tight budget, the food and hospitality are excellent. We felt like at home. Clean, thank you.
“Lovely homestay with stunning views of Batad rice terraces”
Very basic but homey stay right in Batad rice terraces—views from the room and balcony are absolutely stunning! Lhoren cooks tasty food; breakfast, lunch and dinner (best pineapple pancakes we ever had) and her husband Romeo took us on an amazing 5 h hike across the rice terraces, to a waterfall and a viewpoint. They also organised pick‑up from Banaue and a scooter for the last day of our stay :) From the drop‑off up at the road it’s a steep 20‑30 min walk down (and back up) so only bring light luggage! We’d come back for sure!

A small happy family, the children are adorable, the food is good, and Romi (the husband) guided us through the rice paddies with plenty of explanations for a reasonable price. Thanks again for these good moments.
