The location is wonderful, just steps from Russell Square Underground, which runs to many popular spots. There are several restaurants nearby, and the rooms are a good size. The breakfast was a bit boring.

The location is great, and even though it’s on busy roads, the bedroom noise is minimal. The breakfast room is lovely; we sat at the bay window area, which was nice. The rooms are well decorated, the beds and bedding are fantastic, and the bathroom feels modern, comfortable, and spacious. Everything I could need was in the room. The interior walls between rooms are thin because I could hear the lady in the next room on her phone at 6:20 am. The reception area is small and crowded with people checking out when we checked in, leaving little seating or space overall.

The location was good and the water dispenser in the hall was handy. There was no air conditioning; in a scorching August we only had a small desk fan, which is ridiculous in 2026.
