The guy was friendly and the location was good. However, there was no Wi‑Fi, the room was uncomfortable, there were two black pillows in the closet, the bathroom was very dirty with even cigarette ash in the bidet, and everything outside could be heard.

The linens were clean, but finding the apartment was a hassle. It’s a multi‑unit flat in a multi‑flat building, and two of the bathrooms were dirty.

The location is great—close to the shopping centre, the train station, and there’s a bus stop right at the entrance. The room was large, spacious, and clean, with comfortable beds. The bathrooms, though located outside the room, were fully comfortable. The apartment was quiet and peaceful. The owner was super professional and exceptionally helpful. My whole family is very grateful for the invaluable assistance and we highly recommend it.

Getting to Venice centre was easy thanks to the bus stop next to the property. Nearby parking is available for 12€/24h, a good deal for a budget stay in Venice. Despite bad reviews about the area, it felt safe. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet from the courtyard side. One of the bathrooms is quite old and poorly maintained, but fortunately the second one was usable. The staff took photos of our documents with a regular phone; they should not do that because of data protection.
