“Disappointing experience”
The swimming pool and slides were great and the kids loved them. At check‑in we were told to wait and the reception staff ignored us until I asked why we were being made to wait (with no other guests there). We booked two rooms and were given rooms on separate floors, even though we called the previous day and were told we would get rooms next to each other. The rooms needed refurbishment. The breakfast buffet was okay, but a staff member was quite pushy until we showed him our breakfast coupons. Overall the place didn’t meet our expectations and we were very disappointed. The kids did love the pool and slides, though. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
