The apartment had brand‑new, fully equipped furnishings of high quality, two office desks in the room, and the staff were quick and always available; Matheus attended me and was very helpful. The local infrastructure is very good, the place is close to restaurants and a mall, and it’s reasonably near Congonhas airport. The only missing item was a microwave.

The location is excellent, as is the room—spacious and comfortable, with a large bed—and the pre‑check‑in service and hotel staff were efficient and attentive, but the pillows could be a bit better to improve the experience.
