The room was nice and the pool was good, but the staff could have been friendlier and more helpful; I felt they ignored us many times and didn’t greet us when we entered, and I sensed they thought I was bothering them when I asked a question.

The air conditioning never got cold, and the location near the construction zone was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep. When I opened the door to my room, a strong sewer smell filled the space, indicating poor ventilation.
