The hotel is close to Han Market, Dragon Bridge, and the city centre, which is convenient for commuting and dining. The room equipment feels a bit old, the room is small, and the toilet lock is broken and won’t lock.

The hotel is in the best spot for shopping and dining near Han Market, and I used it as a stopover for a few hours before my late‑night flight on the last day. For those arriving in Da Nang at night who want to keep hotel costs low, this place is recommended. The shower had warm water, and the bed sheets were clean. Overall, the building feels old and dim even when the lights are on.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was close to the river with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable, hot water worked fine, and the Wi‑Fi was reliable, offering good value. The downside is the lack of sound insulation—bring earplugs or you’ll hear everything inside and outside the hotel.
