“Perfect place to stay to experience Sicilian hospitality, comfort and history”

Wow! Every aspect of our stay was amazing. From the moment we arrived we felt genuine Sicilian hospitality. The historic building feels alive, yet the rooms are modern, spotless, and feature a nice shower with good water pressure, a desk, a comfy bed, and clean linens. The balcony or courtyard view makes you feel like you’re in another era. The hosts went above and beyond with tourism and restaurant tips, local delicacies, fruit, and a breakfast that included freshly made cappuccino. The location lets you walk to historic streets, sites, and waterfronts, and we felt safe in the city. I recommend stopping here to experience a place where Sicilians still attend church and sit at cafés. P.S. Don’t miss a drive up to Sambuca for a stroll; we were there on a Sunday afternoon and almost everything was closed, which added to the feeling of stepping into another time, though keep that in mind if you want to eat. The region also offers fantastic wines.

A wonderful boutique bed and breakfast. The décor is beautiful throughout and everything is super clean. The host is extremely friendly and helpful, offering great advice on local sights and dining. The breakfast is abundant and delicious, with many cakes among other options. A real hidden gem that I’d visit again in a heartbeat.

“I would not hesitate to stay here again if I came back to Sciacca.”

It felt very Italian and cozy. The breakfast and dining area were superb, and Sinestra was the perfect host. I can’t praise the B&B enough. The room was great, and Sinestra managed to get three rooms close to each other for us. Everything was very clean.

“Anreise mit wenig Gepäck empfehlenswert”

The breakfast was excellent, the host was friendly, and the courtyard with its many plants and décor pieces was very idyllic. Walking to the city centre is quick. The downside was having to park three streets away from the church and carry all our luggage up and down narrow alleys and stairs to the B&B and then up to the first‑floor room; it was only manageable with very little luggage. In the evenings, about two hours from the house opposite, dogs barked on a rooftop where apparently two dogs were locked up. The host can’t control that.

“Splendido”

The camera is gorgeous, the courtyard breakfast is outstanding, and the host is a very cultured lady who could easily be a tour guide for the island. If you love plants, you’ll enjoy staying here. The check‑in time is late at 17:00, we’d have preferred morning or after lunch, and the mattress feels too soft.
