It’s very close to the Vientiane Mall, making shopping easy. The breakfast was just average.

Staying on the tenth floor gave me easy access to Shenzhen Bay Wanxiang City and its handy dining options, and the rooftop breakfast room offered great views and a surprisingly varied menu; however, the bathroom on my floor constantly smelled bad, the walls were thin enough that I could hear neighbours opening doors and even their showers.
