Accommodating staff. Outdated facilities like dim lights, no bidet that saves tissue,AC and TV is outdated also, printed menu and instructions also were outdated

I rarely encounter staff as friendly and helpful as those here. I felt welcomed, safe, and listened to—kindness that really matters after a long, tiring trip. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Additionally, the hotel offers excellent internet.
