The location was good and the rooms were clean, but the bathroom skylight didn’t close completely, letting in noise and cold at night because there was no double glazing. The room was cold and needed heating, the carpet was worn, and the TV could not be turned on or off with the remote.

We booked the 3‑bedroom apartment and it was very spacious and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The staff were very helpful with suggestions for things to do and local information. The living area is very small and cramped for the overall size of the apartment.

The location was good and the staff were helpful. The heat pump didn’t work (brrr!) and neither did the bathroom fan. Wifi signal was poor. The staff did provide space heaters.
