Absolutely Nothing. Pet area needs to be cleaned up. They told me I had no reservation, took two people to find, said Bookin.com could refund. TV (no signal), air conditioning sounded like a train and remote didn't work, pillows were dollar store quality, ice machine didn't work, bathroom filthy, carpet was so filthy that I didn't want to take my shoes off, only thing carpet was missing was a tape outline of a body. was not a cheap room. Should not be a option

I want a refund; everything was bad and the staff were terrible.

My wife and I used to enjoy the old‑school motel vibe, it was well kept and tidy. That’s changed; the property inside and outside shows no pride. Even the patio furniture was filthy, so I couldn't sit without worrying about staining my clothes. Inside, the rug was old, soiled, and covered with un‑vacuumed pretzel crumbs and dust.

Apart from the freeway access, there was not much else; it was definitely overpriced for a great stay in wonderful Winnemucca.
