Everything was excellent. It was well organized and the staff were truly kind and eager to meet every need. The location is strategic for excursions. It would be helpful to have written directions in the room brochure, also in English, to make the facility more international.

Everything was ideal! The rooms are very large and very comfortable. The restaurant is very good and has a large pleasant terrace. A huge bonus is the space for children, which is absolutely incredible! The staff are wildly kind and the breakfast is perfect! Nothing to add and we’ll return with great pleasure next time. Everything was perfect!

The staff were very friendly, the ground‑floor restaurant was good, and there’s a Volg right next door. It’s a five‑minute walk to the station and the surrounding area is great for hiking. I have no complaints; as soon as a room opens up, I’ll move in.
