Our room was spacious and well equipped, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and truly professional, even speaking English with us. The breakfast was very varied. However, after we turned off the air‑conditioning, a strong nicotine smell lingered in the room even though we had booked a non‑smoker room; we switched rooms the next day, but it still had a faint odor. The music in the breakfast area was a bit too loud, and the parking fee was quite high.

The location is good because the airport is close, and there are many kind staff who always provide good hospitality. We have to use Chinese to communicate with them, so English isn’t commonly spoken in the area.

The room size and cleanliness were adequate for a Hilton hotel. The breakfast restaurant and room service were the worst parts of my stay: the restaurant had a bad smell, limited international options, terrible coffee, and below‑expected cleanliness. Additionally, the hotel staff’s English was poor, making communication difficult.
