We arrived at 04.30 in the morning, exhausted from the road, and were immediately checked in without any hassle; we got the key and settled in, and the rest of our stay was calm and problem‑free. The kitchen was fine—everyone complains about a bland menu, but this was just the standard breakfast set: eggs, cheese, vegetables, bacon, sausage, butter, all available; you pick what you like. Lunch and dinner varied, we never felt hungry, always pizza for dinner and sweet cakes. The staff were wonderful, speaking Russian and English, and we liked the bar too, with a variety of drinks, alcoholic and non‑alcoholic, and coffee for every taste. The bartender, a 22‑year‑old named Biser, was always friendly and smiling. The sea is a 15‑minute walk away, and you can stroll past various shops; the beach is wide and you can choose any spot. We went to the sea twice a day, after breakfast and after lunch, and also spent time near the pool on hot afternoons, buying ice cream, fruit, and relaxing on the hotel grounds. The hotel owner was always ready to help, providing a kettle in the room and free internet. The housekeeping girls kept the rooms clean, so we could assess our vacation as a 10; we’ll definitely come back and recommend it.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience; the hotel is nice, with good services and conditions close to the expected level for a 4‑star hotel. However, the room cleanliness could be improved—if a bit more attention were given to that detail, the experience would have been even better. Otherwise, almost everything was fine and we felt comfortable. The room was not cleaned at all during our stay.

The room was big and spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, the grounds were lovely, and the free parking was excellent.

The place was clean, quiet, and pleasant for staying and relaxing. Special thanks to the bartender, Biser, who is always positive and ready for quick service. The only downside is that the hotel is a little farther from the beach.
