⭐ 1/5 — Lost My Business Permanently I will never stay at Extended Stay America Select Suites in Warwick, Rhode Island, again. In fact, I had another reservation at this exact property for next week, which I have since canceled because of this experience. I arrived late on October 23, 2026, with a confirmed reservation , only to be told that the hotel could not locate my booking. I was traveling for work and had an event to attend at 8:30 AM the following morning. Instead of checking in and getting some much-needed sleep, I was left without accommodations in the middle of the night. The only available room I was offered cost more than $500. I was effectively being asked to pay hundreds of dollars unexpectedly just to have somewhere to sleep, despite having already arranged accommodations in advance. I then spent approximately 45 minutes attempting to resolve the issue , without success. I ultimately had to find another hotel independently and did not secure a room until approximately 3 AM. I understand that issues can occur between hotels and third-party reservation platforms. I cannot say which party was responsible for the original reservation error. What I can say is that I arrived with a confirmed booking, the hotel could not find it, and I was left without a practical solution. The result was hours of unnecessary stress, a substantially more expensive replacement hotel, and very little sleep before an early work commitment. I cannot comment on the rooms or amenities because I never made it past check-in. My review concerns the reservation process and the property’s response when my booking could not be located. I had already chosen this hotel for two separate work trips. After this experience, I canceled next week’s reservation and will not book another stay with Extended Stay America. A confirmed hotel reservation should mean you have a room waiting when you arrive

“Best part of our trip”

The staff member Sabina was extremely helpful and kind, and the other guests were friendly too. Nothing else to add.

“Quite disappointed”

We were traveling from Northern New England and a family member had left a goody bag of snacks at the counter for us. When we arrived we only received a bag with three small items; it seemed someone had rummaged through it and taken most of the contents. The hotel itself was quite dirty, with cigarette and marijuana odors in the hallways. In our room, lipstick was smeared on the bathroom counter, the counters were sticky, and the chairs had a white residue. Pulling out the sofa revealed brown smears on the mattress, and we found black hairs on the bed that didn’t belong to us. Feeling uncomfortable, we went downstairs and told the staff we were leaving. The gentleman there was very understanding and offered a refund, which was promptly processed. I would not recommend staying here; the hotel needs a serious deep cleaning.

“Rough low end Experiance”

Nothing. We were told we would check in at 3pm. It was also advertised as such. We had to get ready in our car in the parking lot for a wedding. We were not able to check in until 4:25pm. Our uber was already there to take us to the wedding. We barely had tome yo toss our belongings into the room and run to the uber. Almost missed the ceremony. We arrived 3 mins of and jogged past the bride and officiant. We tried to get ready in the hotels lobby bathroom but there were no outlets and the lighting was poor. I couldn’t even do my hair. The room was shabby and run down. The kitchen didn’t even have one plate or utensil. All cupboards and drawers were empty. At 9:30pm or 10:00pm someone was setting fireworks off outside our room. This was one of the worst hotels stays I’ve ever had
