The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with no exceptions; breakfast was good and the area was kept very neat and clean; the room was clean and comfortable.

The staff were very nice and the location was very convenient, but the hotel itself felt very dated; everything was clean, but the elevator, carpets, and other facilities seemed like they were 20 years old.
