Request to change to another room with a wide balcony and better view failed, even though there were free rooms in other wings of the hotel. We got a narrow, dark room with a micro‑balcony where it was impossible to even hold a handful of beach towels. Paying for coffee from the espresso machine is also a weakness; it is not included in the all‑inclusive package.

“ein toller Urlaub”

We were back exactly after 10 years, received our same Beach House again. The new restaurant was great, open with a fantastic view of the sea and, in the evening, of the sunset. Some things in the complex changed, but not to our detriment. The food was varied and good.

“Would not return”

We appreciated the spot, but having to pay extra for two pools and discovering that half the advertised site was shut for a TUI hotel rebuild—or already a different TUI hotel—was a let‑down. The room smelled, sheets were dirty, and there was only one old, flat pillow. The bed was short, not full‑length, and towels were thin and tiny. No water bottle or tea/coffee items were left in the room. Even though we were self‑catering, cleaners entered our room both mornings of our two‑night stay, yet nothing was cleaned, so we’re unsure what they were doing.

“Great beach, nice Fruit Bar, staff working very very hard.”

The pool was clean and some staff were excellent; the housekeeping staff member Dorska went above and beyond to help. Thank you. However, there was no map, making it very hard to locate the different amenities, and I never found out where the evening entertainment was held.

The food was very good, but I was surprised by the lack of a wardrobe in the room and the overall inability to store luggage.
