Best Western PLUS Mirage Hotel and Resort

“Comfortable and friendly like home.”

The breakfast was great, so it was nice to have a hot meal before traveling. I have to say that Tristan was amazing. In my 40+ years staying at hotels I have never seen a worker so determined to work and smile while doing it. He was cleaning the parking lot, watering flowers, and helping with kitchen garbage. I guess what surprised me was his age being a younger person and having his determination to do his job. Anyway TRISTAN is an exceptional worker. The rest of your staff was also great friendly. You have a great hotel there. The pool was closed in the morning.

I appreciate that my towels were changed every day. The staff made sure my stay was comfortable and that I felt safe. I also got a good morning from both housekeeping staff and reception, which is a lovely way to start the day.

“Love the rooms at this hotel. Have stayed many times but the rooms are starting to show wear and tear”

Convenient location, but the beds need new mattresses.

The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was hot and tasty, but the walk to the room was quite long and I only made it halfway down the hall.

The breakfast was good, but on Labour Day the restaurant was closed and we were redirected to another hotel’s eatery, which felt inappropriate for a Best Western that calls itself PLUS.
